    • Implemented "Project of the Month" to spotlight reliable, trustworthy assets.
    • Launched the JDM YouTube channel to expand community education and outreach.
    • Introduced new memecoins to build out the JDM asset line alongside Fucupcakes.
    • Launched the MerchShop, bringing Stellar to the physical world via a zero-cost, profit-sharing merchandise model for developers and creators.
  3. Phase 4: Platform Overhaul

    • Executed a comprehensive design overhaul of justdumbmemes.com.
    • Pivoted the platform's layout to be more community-focused, interactive, informative, and professional.
  4. Phase 5: Native Utility & Re-launch

    • Migrated ASSHAT and Fucupcakes directly to the primary justdumbmemes.com domain.
    • Transitioned the storefront to merchshop.justdumbmemes.com.
    • Launched the JDMC utility token to power, run, and maintain the entire ecosystem.
    • Built solid liquidity, permanently locking 20% in a liquidity wallet.
    • Officially re-launched the fully interactive version of justdumbmemes.com.
  5. Phase 6: Advanced Curation & Security

    • Scam Prevention & Alerts: Overhauling the safety portal with a dedicated community-reporting channel, rigorously audited and verified by the JDM team.
    • Stellar News Feed: Implementing a rolling, up-to-date article feed for network shifts and market updates.
    • Ecosystem Expansion: Integrating a Real World Assets (RWA) tracking list, a comprehensive NFT Marketplace Directory, and dedicated Gaming & Learn-to-Earn sections.
