About this document. This whitepaper replaces the JDM Litepaper v1.0 and the standalone roadmap page as the single, complete reference for the JDM platform and its ecosystem. On-chain figures are point-in-time snapshots taken from the public Stellar network on October 15, 2026 (about 8:05 AM CT) unless another date is shown. Blockchain data changes constantly, so always check the live figures yourself using the tools listed in Appendix B. Nothing here is financial advice. 1Executive Summary
The name is playful. The mission is serious. JDM (JustDumbMemes.com), operated by Just Dumb Memecoins (JDM) LLC, is a curation and education platform built only for the Stellar network. We help new and seasoned investors, explorers, developers, and creators find vetted opportunities, learn the basics of staying safe, and use decentralized tools with more confidence.
JDM grew out of the founder's eight years in crypto. That included costly lessons from hijacked wallets, sophisticated scams, and influencer hype. The takeaway was simple: good investor protection should not sit behind a paywall. It all started in January 2025 with Shut the Fucupcakes (code: Fucupcakes), the memecoin that came before the JDM vision itself. JDM then launched in May 2025 as a free entry point for Stellar users, completed a major overhaul in January 2026, and relaunched as a fully interactive platform on July 1, 2026.
JDM works as a dual-sided ecosystem:
- For investors and explorers: an educational firewall. It includes a Curated Asset Directory, a free Investor Defense Suite of DYOR (Do Your Own Research) guides, scam alerts, and the Learn with JDM video series.
- For developers and creators: a low-cost or no-cost showcase. It includes featured promotion for vetted projects, quarterly Notable Projects spotlights, partner features, and a zero-cost, profit-sharing merchandise program.
Every listing must first pass the JDM Verification Blueprint. This is a manual and technical review of asset age, liquidity health, supply distribution, network standing, and digital footprint. The goal is to reward durable, transparent projects instead of short-term hype.
Three Stellar assets anchor the ecosystem:
| Asset | Role | Supply snapshot (Oct 15, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| JDMC (JDM Coin) | Administrative utility. Helps cover platform hosting, maintenance, and infrastructure | 25,000,000 |
| Shut the Fucupcakes (code: Fucupcakes) | Philanthropy and creator utility. Powers featured creator promotions and JDM Gives Back, an annual community fundraiser starting January 2027 | ≈ 97.74 million (after burns from 1 billion) |
| xASSHAT | Community culture. A memecoin migrated 1:1 from the original ASSHAT | 750,000,000 (after a permanent burn from 1 billion) |
All three assets have a locked issuing account (no further minting is possible), have clawback disabled, are not revocable, and carry the verified home domain justdumbmemes.com. JDMC's protocol liquidity is held in two permanently locked liquidity wallets (first locked July 2026, second locked October 2026). Pools paired with JDM assets may also earn community rewards through partner programs such as ACT Hub. These programs change over time.
JDM works alongside Authentic Payment Systems (including its ACT Hub division), Liberty Crypto Syndicate (LCS), and Lumenaire (xLMNR) to raise trust standards across Stellar.
Where we are now. Phases 1 through 5 of the roadmap are complete. Phase 6: Advanced Curation and Security is underway. It covers the scam-prevention and alerts portal, a rolling Stellar news feed, Real-World Asset (RWA) tracking, an NFT marketplace directory, and gaming and learn-to-earn sections. Phase 7: On-Chain Integration and Mobile is planned for 2027–2028. It covers wallet connect, one-click trustlines, Community Cafe tipping, and a native mobile app.
2Our Story: Turning Hard Lessons into Guardrails
Digital assets cut both ways. They offer real financial independence, and they also come with hijacked wallets, stolen funds, toxic influencer hype, and fly-by-night scam coins.
For eight years, the founder of JDM lived through all of this firsthand. That meant learning the hard way, falling for the clever traps of bad actors, and seeing that crypto badly lacked a central safety net anyone could use. Those lessons became JDM's founding principle: investor protection should be free, transparent, and available to everyone.
January 2025: Where It All Began. Before JDM was even an idea, there was Shut the Fucupcakes. Created in January 2025, this playful memecoin brought together a community and taught real lessons about liquidity, transparency, and trust. Those lessons became the spark for the JDM vision. Fucupcakes is the start of everything.
May 2025: Launch. JDM began as a simple, streamlined entry point for Stellar users. It highlighted curated Stellar projects and promoted smart, safe investing habits and DYOR fundamentals. The goal was to break down the barriers that hide investor protection behind premium paywalls.
Late 2025 – January 2026: The Major Overhaul. As the community grew, the team saw that people needed a deeper, more interactive experience. A complete design and structural overhaul made the site easier to navigate, strengthened its trust signals, and made it more community-focused. This work was completed in January 2026.
July 1, 2026: The Interactive Platform. JDM relaunched as a fully interactive space. The public can now explore genuine Stellar assets, join discussions in the Community Cafe, find trusted communities, and connect directly with vetted developers and creators.
Today. JDM is building a permanent, free, and openly transparent "go-to" hub. Here, anyone can find clear educational guardrails and practical tools to truly Do Your Own Research.

4The Problem: Trust and Visibility on Stellar
For investors, the problem is trust. Stellar has strong security at the protocol level. Scams, though, usually exploit people rather than code. Common examples include copycat assets with the same ticker as a real project, phishing direct messages, fake websites, unlocked liquidity that a developer can pull at any time, and supply concentrated in a handful of wallets. Newcomers often cannot tell a legitimate project from a trap, and the best guidance is often scattered or hidden behind paid services.
For builders, the problem is visibility. Stellar is home to excellent engineering and dedicated developers. Yet legitimate Stellar projects often get buried under the multi-billion-dollar marketing of other blockchains. Building a reputable, compliant project is hard and expensive, and paid promotion can quickly drain a small team's treasury.
JDM's answer is to connect the two. On one side, educated, careful investors who value long-term trust over short-term hype. On the other, verified builders who deserve a fair stage. Algorithmic aggregators can be gamed with wash trading. JDM instead relies on a multi-point manual and technical verification process, described next.
5The JDM Verification Blueprint
To earn a featured position, a badge of authenticity, or promotional placement on JDM, an asset and its creators must pass a full evaluation. The framework looks for the structural and behavioral signs of long-term viability.
| Vetting pillar | Requirement | Threat mitigated |
|---|---|---|
| Asset Age | At least 6 months of active history (1+ years preferred) | Fly-by-night launches and instant rug pulls |
| Liquidity Health | Adequate total liquidity, with verified locked liquidity | Developer exits and sudden liquidity drains |
| Supply Distribution | A strict cap on how much supply the top holders can hold | Whale dumps and coordinated market manipulation |
| Network Standing | A Stellar DEX score of at least 3.0, as issued by StellarExpert (stellar.expert) | Artificially inflated, low-activity, or unverified tokens |
| Digital Footprint | A verified domain and current, active social media presence | Abandoned projects, phantom teams, and impersonation scams |
The complete, current listing requirements are published in the Assets section of justdumbmemes.com. That page is the authoritative reference for projects that want to be listed.
How the blueprint is applied. Reviews combine on-chain checks with manual research. On-chain checks cover issuer flags, trustlines, liquidity pools, holder distribution, and trading history. Manual research covers the stellar.toml file and home domain, social channels, team responsiveness, and community feedback. Assets that pass can appear in the Curated Asset Directory and become eligible for featured promotion on JDM.
What the blueprint is not. Passing JDM's review is a sign that a project meets a baseline of transparency. It is not a guarantee of safety, an endorsement, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. Conditions change, so JDM keeps reviewing listed assets and may update or remove listings at any time.
DYOR tip: verify the issuer, not just the ticker. On Stellar, anyone can create an asset with any code. Before you add a trustline, always confirm that the issuer address matches the one published on the project's official domain (in its stellar.toml file), and remember that asset codes are case-sensitive. JDM's own guide, The Fake Asset Trap: How to Verify Issuer Domains, walks you through it step by step.
6The JDM Platform: A Dual-Sided Ecosystem
The flagship interface at justdumbmemes.com relaunched as a fully interactive platform on July 1, 2026. It serves two purposes. It is an educational firewall for investors and a high-visibility showcase for legitimate builders. Its main areas are described below.
6.1 Curated Asset Directory
The directory is a clean, easy-to-scan index of Stellar assets that have passed the Verification Blueprint. Investors can browse project backstories, verified links, and token metrics without wading through dangerous, unvetted assets. The Assets Dashboard groups listings by category: Bridge/Anchors, Gaming, Memecoins, Social Impact, Stablecoins and StableBonds, Utility, and Yield/Rewards. A companion directory, Wallets, Tools, Exchanges, and Platforms, lists wallets, cold wallets, browser extensions, platforms, exchanges, and research tools. JDM keeps adding vetted assets, launchpads, tools, and wallets as the ecosystem grows.
6.2 Investor Defense Suite (DYOR Tools)
This is a dedicated, completely free library of practical walkthroughs. It shows you how to spot wallet-hijacking tactics, read Stellar asset data, verify domain records, and judge liquidity health on your own. It includes:
- Scam Identification and Prevention articles, including How to Identify Scams and Rugpulls, The Fake Asset Trap: How to Verify Issuer Domains, How to Identify Crypto Scam Websites, Identifying and Protecting Yourself from Phishing Scams in Crypto, Dusting Scams, Anatomy of Online Fraud: How to Identify, Avoid, and Report Scam Communities, A Guide to Identifying and Protecting Yourself from Crypto and Finance Scams, Navigating the Modern Digital Asset Frontier, and the Scammer Identification Tip of the Day series (including Ponzi schemes).
- Scam Alerts, such as the community alert on impersonation and malicious direct messages.
- General education on wallets (LOBSTR, Scopuly, LOBSTR Vault), coins vs. tokens, securing your assets, KYC, liquidity, smart contracts, NFTs, RWAs, farming, AMMs and path payments, choosing assets to research, USDC paywalls, and U.S. crypto regulation in 2026.
6.3 Quarterly Notable Projects
Each quarter, the community nominates and votes for a standout vetted project to be named a Notable Project. Winners receive dedicated articles, social media promotion, YouTube features, and custom highlight items in the JDM Merch Shop. Nominations are reviewed by JDM administrators before they go to a poll. This program grew out of JDM's earlier Project of the Month series. Past features are archived in the Articles section of the site.
Status update: Because of a technical issue with the Contact Us form and the nomination and poll submissions, the first Notable Projects poll has been postponed to next quarter. Our team is working on a fix. Thank you for your patience.
6.4 Community Cafe
The Community Cafe is JDM's built-in forum. It is a place where anyone can come together to learn, discuss, debate, and grow around everything Stellar. Categories include General, Announcements, Contests, Giveaways and Rewards, and MerchShop News. JDM uses the Cafe to post platform announcements, new videos, reward updates, and community events. Partners such as Lumenaire also post there.
6.5 Stellar News and Ecosystem Updates
JDM publishes a growing stream of Stellar and crypto news articles about network upgrades, institutional adoption, stablecoins, RWAs, and regulatory developments. Turning this into a fully rolling, always-current Stellar News Feed is a Phase 6 goal (see Section 11).
6.6 JDM Merch Hub
The JDM Merch Hub (merchshop.justdumbmemes.com) connects digital culture with the physical world. It offers quality apparel and accessories, such as tees, hoodies, drinkware, and more, designed for the Stellar community. Members can proudly represent verified projects in real life. The shop also gives JDM a steady, non-token revenue stream that supports platform operations and charitable initiatives.
- A zero-cost, profit-sharing model for creators. Projects can launch branded collections with no upfront cost and share in the profits. Profit shares depend on the project's partner listing tier. A project developer does not have to be a JDM partner to take part. Non-partner projects receive a 50/50 split. Partners receive a larger share at each higher tier. See the partner listing tiers on justdumbmemes.com for current details.
- Partner and project collections. Alongside JDM's own designs, the shop carries collections for partner and community projects across the Stellar ecosystem. Collections may be added or removed over time, so visit the shop for the current lineup.
- Also on Etsy: selected collections are also available through the JDM Etsy shop.
7Education First: Learn with JDM
Education is the heart of JDM. Alongside written guides, JDM produces Learn with JDM, a short-form educational video series. It is published on YouTube (@JDM2025L) and X (@DumbJdm21273), with new videos released several times a week.
The series covers the essentials every Stellar user should know: what JDM is and how to use it, keeping your assets and seed phrase safe, coins vs. tokens, KYC, liquidity, Real-World Assets, and how to spot and avoid scams and rug pulls. New episodes are added on a regular basis.
Partner spotlight videos introduce JDM's alliance partners so the community can learn about them straight from the source. Spotlights are added as the partner network grows. Partners may be added or removed over time.
For the current lineup, visit JDM on YouTube and X, or browse justdumbmemes.com.
In-depth articles on the site go deeper than any video can. They include full guides to spotting scams and rug pulls, verifying issuer domains, choosing and securing a Stellar wallet, understanding RWAs on Stellar, and more (see Section 6.2).
8The Ecosystem Tokens
The JDM token ecosystem runs entirely on the fast, low-cost Stellar network. Many memecoins rely only on community hype. JDM's multi-asset structure instead gives each token a defined job, keeping administrative sustainability (JDMC) separate from creator and philanthropic utility (Fucupcakes) and community culture (xASSHAT).
8.1 Token Overview
| Attribute | JDMC | Shut the Fucupcakes | xASSHAT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full name | JDM Coin | Shut the Fucupcakes ("S.T. Fucupcakes") | xASSHAT ("Ass in a Hat") |
| Pillar | Administrative utility | Philanthropy and creator utility | Community culture |
| On-chain asset code | JDMC | Fucupcakes (case-sensitive) | xASSHAT (case-sensitive) |
| Issuer | GDZ7MGCU3TH4EVXU6S7EZSCRH6VCL36L4Q436MNVLEEFFVXRLRMHGZX2 | GAYLMXU2ACEUZCHCFZM4OAIUJCJTU6QZBWUTVRGOB5JHLWKNVGNP2P6B | GD22OPUKBMM3NVEMHTBSEAUL5O7O4MTHXQOXCH5SLQPSGFTIBAP2GKIT |

| Origin | Launched by JDM in 2026 | Created on Stellarmint in January 2025 (1B starting supply) | Migrated 1:1 from ASSHAT (minted on Lumeme). Migration complete |
| First on-chain activity* | June 14, 2026 | January 22, 2025 | May 27, 2026 |
| Home domain | justdumbmemes.com | justdumbmemes.com | justdumbmemes.com |
* As recorded by StellarExpert.
Adding Fucupcakes to your wallet. Add the asset with the code exactly Fucupcakes (capital "F", the rest lowercase) from the verified issuer GAYLMXU2ACEUZCHCFZM4OAIUJCJTU6QZBWUTVRGOB5JHLWKNVGNP2P6B, with home domain justdumbmemes.com. Asset codes on Stellar are case-sensitive, so other spellings (such as all capitals) are not the official asset.
8.2 Issuer Security: What "Locked" Means
Before you hold any Stellar asset, check how its issuer is configured. All three JDM assets were verified directly on the Stellar network on October 15, 2026:
| Security check | JDMC | Fucupcakes | xASSHAT | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Issuer locked (master key weight 0, no other signers) | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | No one, including JDM, can mint more tokens or change the issuer's settings |
| Clawback disabled | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | Tokens in your wallet cannot be pulled back by the issuer |
Not revocable (auth_revocable = false) | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | The issuer cannot freeze your trustline |
| No authorization required | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | Anyone can add a trustline and hold the asset |
| Verified home domain (stellar.toml) | ✅ justdumbmemes.com | ✅ justdumbmemes.com | ✅ justdumbmemes.com | Confirms the official issuer listed on JDM's website |
Because the issuers are locked, each asset's supply is fixed. It can only go down (for example, through burns). It can never go up.
8.3 JDM Coin (JDMC): The Administrative Utility Engine
JDMC is the newest asset in the ecosystem. It was built to serve as the structural backbone of the platform's long-term sustainability.
- Platform utility. JDMC is the administrative utility engine of the ecosystem. It is used directly to help cover the costs of running, hosting, maintaining, and continually improving the interactive JustDumbMemes platform.
- Total supply: 25,000,000 JDMC, fixed, with the issuer locked.
| JDMC allocation | Share | Tokens |
|---|---|---|
| Community Allocation | 50% | 12,500,000 |
| Locked in Liquidity | 20% | 5,000,000 |
| Rewards and Drops | 15% | 3,750,000 |
| Team and Marketing | 15% | 3,750,000 |
| Total | 100% | 25,000,000 |
Locked liquidity. JDMC's protocol liquidity sits in two permanently locked liquidity wallets (see Section 9.1). Once a wallet is locked, nobody can withdraw its pool shares, including JDM.
Ecosystem activity. JDMC has been used to sponsor community events. Examples include rounds of the MIXT Moon Road no-loss lottery (October 2026), a hold-JDMC-to-receive-MIXT promotion, and JDM's first quarterly drawing (100 USDC awarded on October 2, 2026, with the transaction published on StellarExpert).
Wallets. See Appendix A. Apart from the dedicated locked liquidity wallets, all JDM ecosystem assets use a single shared set of distribution, team and marketing, and rewards wallets.
8.4 Shut the Fucupcakes: Philanthropy and Creator Utility
This is the memecoin that started it all. Fucupcakes was created in January 2025, before the vision for JDM had even begun. It was minted on Stellarmint with a starting supply of 1 billion. Aggressive, strategic burns have cut the total supply to just over 97 million (97,744,629 as of October 15, 2026). More than a meme, Fucupcakes is the philanthropic heart and core creator utility of the JDM community.
- Platform utility: featured creator promotion. Fucupcakes powers featured promotions and ecosystem pairing requirements on JDM. Vetted developers who want to feature their projects, highlight roadmaps, or promote giveaways can secure and lock liquidity pairings using Fucupcakes, paired with a partner asset, XLM, or USDC. This keeps value moving through the ecosystem and deepens the pools that support the network. Current requirements are published in the Assets section.
- Rewards and social integration. Fucupcakes is an official ACT Tipperbot asset, which allows easy tipping and sharing on Telegram. It is also part of the LCS Storm of Value rewards system and the ACT Hub rewards system. Liquidity providers in qualifying pools may earn community rewards under each program's current terms (see Section 9.2).
- Market-support mechanics. According to Litepaper v1.0, about 50% of the supply had been placed in liquidity across various pools. The roughly 7% held in the distribution wallet is deployed through incremental sell orders. As each order fills, the XLM received is used to raise buy-side support (the "buy floor"). At that time, about 3% remained in Team and Marketing and 2% in Rewards. On October 15, 2026, about 72.4% of the circulating supply sat in liquidity pools held by JDM and community providers. These mechanics are meant to support orderly, liquid markets. They do not guarantee any price or value outcome.
- JDM Gives Back. Starting in January 2027, JDM Gives Back will be a new annual fundraiser. Each year, the community nominates and votes on the beneficiary. It builds on the community's earlier charitable work: in 2026, a Fucupcakes initiative sent 8,000,000 Fucupcakes (converted to XLM) to the OvaryIT Foundation.
8.5 xASSHAT: Community Culture
xASSHAT is the resilient, community-first evolution of the original ASSHAT token. ASSHAT was minted on the Lumeme platform with an initial supply of 1 billion. A large early burn permanently cut the maximum supply to 750 million. After Lumeme was shut down, JDM migrated the community to xASSHAT to protect holders' capital and keep the asset's liquidity pools active.
- Migration complete. Holders moved over through a simple 1:1 swap trade order that preserved their balances. In keeping with JDM's commitment to fairness, there was no hard deadline, so early supporters never faced an artificial cutoff panic. The migration is now complete, and the 1:1 trade order has been fully depleted.
- Core philosophy. At heart, xASSHAT is a pure memecoin. Its mission is to bring joy, comedy, and a close-knit sense of community to Stellar. "Don't be an asset-less nomad... embrace your inner xASSHAT!"
- Rewards. Like Fucupcakes, xASSHAT is an official ACT Tipperbot asset and takes part in the LCS Storm of Value and ACT Hub rewards systems, so liquidity providers in qualifying pools may earn community rewards under each program's current terms.
- Allocation at migration (Litepaper v1.0): 40% placed in liquidity pools, 21% in the shared distribution wallet for incremental sell-to-floor orders, 13% in Team and Marketing, 2% in Rewards, and the remaining 24% set aside for the 1:1 swap. With the migration complete, that 24% is now held by the community and trades publicly.
- Today: about 75% of xASSHAT's supply (74.5%, or 558,981,950 xASSHAT, on October 15, 2026) sits in 23 liquidity pools.

9Liquidity, Locks, and Rewards
9.1 Permanently Locked Liquidity Wallets
Liquidity is the lifeblood of a healthy market. On Stellar, it is also one of the most common ways a project can rug its holders. JDM's answer is to lock its protocol liquidity permanently. Each locked wallet below has its master key weight set to 0 with no other signers. This means no one can ever sign a transaction to withdraw its pool shares, including JDM.
| Detail | Locked LP Wallet #1 | Locked LP Wallet #2 |
|---|---|---|
| Address | GDCHKBJFMCKGQHRE2FJ6NNMPK3UHWOGPQIQTQJ3EWHSGJGOVSV644URF | GCNZPMTWMZD5XQEX46YGJTPEBPM7CT3BL6GIQOCNYZ77SMH42CDBMCED |
| Locked | July 2026 | Announced October 5, 2026 |
| JDMC pairs | XLM*, USDC, ACT, MBC, xLMNR, OWLFA, Fucupcakes, xASSHAT | ACT, ACOV, Xoge, MIXT, UnicornCat, XH5, Fucupcakes, xASSHAT (plus a small XLM position) |
| On-chain lock status (Oct 15, 2026) | ✅ Verified locked | ✅ Verified locked |
* Wallet #1's XLM pair was originally a yXLM pair. It was switched to native XLM when yXLM appeared to be depegging, to protect investor confidence.
How much is locked? Locked pool shares stay locked forever. The mix of tokens behind those shares, however, shifts as traders use the pools, because that is how automated market makers (AMMs) work. So the amount of JDMC the locked shares represent rises and falls with trading. On October 15, 2026, the two locked wallets' pool shares represented about 3.27 million JDMC (about 2.51M in Wallet #1 and 0.76M in Wallet #2), together with their paired assets. Anyone can verify the current figures by opening either address on a Stellar explorer.
9.2 Community Liquidity Rewards
Liquidity pools that pair with JDM assets may earn community rewards. These come through partner programs such as the ACT Hub (a division of Authentic Payment Systems) and the LCS Storm of Value, as well as JDM's own promotions and drawings. Which pools qualify, which assets are paid, and how often all change over time. For the latest details, check JDM's announcements in the Community Cafe and on X (@DumbJdm21273).
Reward amounts, eligibility, and schedules are set by each program, may change without notice, and are paid at the discretion of the program operator. Rewards are not guaranteed and are not a return on investment.
10Strategic Alliance Network
JDM cannot clean up and educate the Stellar network alone. It works with partners who share its commitment to education, scam prevention, and real community. Together, the coalition pools resources, vetting practices, and outreach to build and maintain a shared standard of trust. The core alliance partners are described below. Partners may be added or removed over time, so see the Partners page on justdumbmemes.com for the current list.
10.1 Authentic Payment Systems and ACT Hub
Authentic Payment Systems focuses on business and personal solutions that help everyone access digital finance and take control of their own money. ACT Hub is a division of Authentic Payment Systems, built around the Authentic-payment Community Token (ACT). It is a community hub where vetted projects and partners connect, and where holders and liquidity providers can earn #ACTrewards. Related assets include MBC, Apay, and AXLM.
- Authentic Payment Systems has been a JDM partner since 2025. JDM first joined ACT Hub on April 25, 2025 as an #ACTpartner, before Authentic Payment Systems became a formal JDM partner, and JDM continues to use and partner with ACT Hub.
- JDM's only Telegram chat is a channel inside ACT Hub: t.me/EarnACT/58581.
- Fucupcakes and xASSHAT are official ACT Tipperbot assets, and pools paired with JDM assets may earn community rewards through ACT Hub programs, which change over time (Section 9.2).
10.2 Liberty Crypto Syndicate (LCS)
Founded in 2021, Liberty Crypto Syndicate is a cornerstone of the Stellar ecosystem. It focuses on community education and scam prevention, and its research team identifies and reports scam assets and rug pulls. LCS runs a dual-token ecosystem, TREAD and LFI, with hyper-deflationary burn mechanics and its signature Storm of Value rewards program, in which Fucupcakes and xASSHAT both take part. LCS has an official collection in the JDM Merch Shop and has been featured in JDM's partner spotlights and Project of the Month archive.
10.3 Lumenaire (xLMNR)
Lumenaire is a Stellar-native community and culture token focused on liquidity, rewards, and ecosystem participation, with the motto "Stellar moves the money. Lumenaire moves the people." Lumenaire is a JDM partner with a merch collection, partner spotlight content, articles on JDM, and an active presence in the Community Cafe. xLMNR/JDMC is also among the pairs held in Locked LP Wallet #1.
10.4 The Wider Community
JDM also works with the broader Stellar community. This includes past Project of the Month features, merch collaborations with community projects, and sponsorship of community events and drawings.
11Roadmap
The roadmap below brings JDM's original phase plan together with everything delivered since. Statuses are Completed, In progress, Planned, or Postponed. Timeframes follow JDM's published roadmap. They have been adjusted only where JDM has confirmed specific dates. No new dates have been added.

11.3 Long-Term Vision
With the interactive platform live, JDM's long-term vision is to keep integrating its three token pillars. JDMC anchors administrative infrastructure. Fucupcakes powers creator promotion and community philanthropy. xASSHAT is the cultural heart of community engagement. Combined with a growing education library and a trusted partner network, these pieces position JDM as a protective buffer for investors and a fair showcase for builders across the Stellar ecosystem.
12Sustainability, Transparency, and Accountability
How JDM sustains itself. JDM is built to stay free for the public. Operating costs are supported by:
- JDMC, the administrative utility token designed to help cover hosting, maintenance, and infrastructure.
- The JDM Merch Hub, a non-token revenue stream that also supports charitable initiatives.
- Featured-promotion liquidity pairings, which deepen ecosystem liquidity rather than charging high listing fees.
Our transparency commitments.
- Verifiable on-chain. Every JDM issuer is locked, with clawback disabled and no revocation. Protocol liquidity sits in permanently locked wallets. Anyone can check these facts on a public explorer (Appendix B).
- Published wallets. All operational wallet addresses are listed in Appendix A.
- Multi-signature operations. On October 15, 2026, JDM's shared distribution wallet and team and marketing wallet both required multiple signers to authorize transactions.
- Honest communication. When something goes wrong, such as the Notable Projects form issue, we say so publicly and explain what happens next.
- No price talk. JDM does not make price predictions or promises of returns. Our job is to help you research, not to tell you what to buy.
Philanthropy. Starting in January 2027, JDM Gives Back will be an annual fundraiser, with the beneficiary nominated and voted on by the community each year. It follows the 2026 Fucupcakes charitable initiative that supported the OvaryIT Foundation.
13How to Get Involved
Investors and explorers
- Start with Learn with JDM on YouTube and the Investor Defense Suite articles.
- Set up a reputable Stellar wallet and secure your seed phrase offline. Never share it with anyone.
- Browse the Curated Asset Directory, and always verify the issuer and home domain before adding a trustline.
- Join the conversation in the Community Cafe, and report suspected scams to the JDM team.
Developers and creators
- Review the Verification Blueprint (Section 5) and make sure your project's domain, stellar.toml file, liquidity, and social channels are in order.
- Reach out through the Contact page to be considered for the Asset Directory.
- Review the current listing and featured-promotion requirements in the Assets section, which may include a liquidity pairing with Fucupcakes.
- Ask about a zero-cost, profit-sharing merch collection (a 50/50 split for non-partners, with larger shares at higher partner listing tiers) and future Notable Projects nominations.
Everyone
- Follow @DumbJdm21273 on X, and join JDM's channel inside the ACT Hub on Telegram at t.me/EarnACT/58581.
- Share what you learn. A safer Stellar is built one informed person at a time.
14Risk Disclosures
Taking part in digital assets involves significant risk. Before interacting with any asset, wallet, liquidity pool, or platform mentioned in this document, please consider the following carefully:
- Market risk. Digital assets are highly volatile. You can lose some or all of the value you commit. Past activity, trading volume, or community size does not predict future outcomes.
- Memecoin risk. Memecoins, including Fucupcakes and xASSHAT, are driven mainly by community and culture. They may have little or no intrinsic value.
- Liquidity and AMM risk. Providing liquidity exposes you to impermanent loss, pool imbalances, and slippage. Locked liquidity reduces some risks, such as a developer withdrawing funds, but does not remove market risk.
- Rewards risk. Liquidity rewards (ACT Hub, LCS Storm of Value, JDM programs) are run by their respective operators. They can change, pause, or end at any time and are not guaranteed.
- Market-support mechanics. Incremental sell orders and buy-floor support are operational practices. They do not guarantee any price, floor, or level of liquidity.
- Smart-contract and protocol risk. Stellar, Soroban, wallets, and third-party apps may contain bugs, suffer outages, or be exploited.
- Security risk. Losing or exposing your seed phrase or private keys can mean permanent loss. Phishing, impersonation, fake assets, and malicious direct messages are common. JDM will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
- Third-party risk. Partner projects, exchanges, wallets, and listed assets are operated independently of JDM. Their actions, performance, and representations are their own responsibility.
- Regulatory risk. Laws governing digital assets vary by jurisdiction and are changing. Future regulation could affect the availability, use, or treatment of any asset, including those described here.
- Data accuracy. On-chain figures in this document are point-in-time snapshots and may have changed by the time you read it. Always verify live data yourself.
- Operational risk. Platform features, timelines, and roadmap items may change, be delayed, or be cancelled. The roadmap expresses current intentions, not commitments.
